DEPARTMENTS
Electrical Department

The PNSED Electrical Group specializes in 3D design coordination for waste-to-energy plants, providing reliable engineering services prior to site execution.

The PNSED Electrical Team

Handles electrical design from pre-contract basic design to post-contract planning design, covering modeling, routing, construction drawings, detailed interference checks, and BIM-based coordination for electrical and instrumentation systems with Japanese design standards and documents.

Our focus is on accurate modeling, clear design intent, and practical solutions that support construction and site execution for waste to energy plants handled by the Electrical and Instrumentation Construction Department of Nippon Steel Engineering Japan.

Scope of Work

1. Basic Design (Pre-Contract)
      Estimation of Bill of Quantities

2. Planning Design (Post-Contract)

  • Integration of building, structural, piping, and equipment models
  • Modeling of cable racks, conduits, and cable rack supports
  • Modeling of panels and panel supports
  • Preparation of detail drawing of embedded insert for cable rack support
  • Plotting of electrical equipment and instrumentation
  • Preparation of cable lists for wiring diagrams
  • Cable routing design
  • Automation of cable length calculation
  • Preparation of grounding system diagrams
  • Interpretation and implementation of Japanese design instructions, technical documents, and meeting outcomes, supported by team members equipped with Japanese language capability.
Future Plan Capabilities
  • Perform on-site inspections to verify installation conditions and monitor project progress
  • Team expansion
  • Expand its electrical design support to plant, industrial, and building projects
